Process
SL Design provides plans and 3D renders/visualisations of kitchens, laundries, offices spaces, wardrobes, custom cabinetry, interior scenes etc.
3D renders/ visualisations are designed as accurately as possible but must be recognised as indicative only.
SL Design may take measurements of the client's space for design purposes only. The client must also have their joiner/manufacturer do a final site measure prior to manufacturing to avoid any discrepancies.
A client contract will be supplied to formally lock in the work with a client and SL Design. SL Design will not commence work until the paperwork and deposit are received. By signing this contract, the client agrees to SL Design’s Terms and Conditions.
A client has the right to terminate this contract at any time by giving written notice to SL Design. The client will remain liable to pay SL Design for any services provided to the date of termination.
SL Design offers expertise and opinions in your design however the client is responsible for all final decisions. SL Design may also recommend other trades and services however these will be treated separately from SL Design. The responsibility of working with these trades/services remains with the client, unless noted in the contract.
SL Design reserves the right to use renders/plans/photos from your project for marketing purposes, however no personal client information will be disclosed.

Payment Terms + Pricing
Initial Consultation flat fee of $175 (incl GST).
50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the client contract and the final 50% payment is to be made once the work is complete and prior to the release of final plans.
Pricing packages and what these include will be outlined to the client. Any work that falls outside of the package option will be charged on an hourly rate or per page price as discussed with the client. Any additional costs will be added to the final invoice if applicable, otherwise this will be charged on a separate invoice.
All payments are due within 7 days from the date of invoice. Interest of 2.5% per month will be charged on all accounts not settled by their due date.
